The scale in my mind is:<br /><br />(Coarse) French Press ---> Percolator ----> Drip Machine ---> Espresso Machine (Fine)<br /><br />A more important point is that if the vendor is not cooperative, I'm certain that Jerusalem is filled with coffee vendors.
