Even the solidarity of Jewish communities outside of Israel is very different. In Israel it's a "we're all at home together" feeling. The two-shekel coin is colloquially called...Shalom!<br />The two-shekel coin is colloquially called a shnekel.<br />My husband would post these:<br />When you have a big beard and a kippa a complete stranger stuck on a crossword puzzle will come up to you and say, "Religious song, four letters, begins with 'p' and ends with 't'."
