Great News!
No more need to buy those expense faux foods to avoid cholesterol and be healthy! You can have your butter and not feel guilty!
If you wait long enough someone will do a study "proving" that what you like is what's good for you - or at least that what you don't like isn't all that good for you anyway!
Yeah, here we go again with the fact that apparently NOTHING one can eat is really good for you. Life-- it'll KILL ya.

You're both right, so I guess the healthiest is not to obsess. Just enjoy without pigging out or total deprivation. No need to suffer.
