But the Kinneret (Lake of Galilee) didn't fill sufficiently, so they're blaming G-d for the timing.

I think that agriculture here isn't at all based on our climate. The neighboring etrog tree shows signs of a bumper crop.

There should be more natural and simple rock gardens, too.
