Celebrating TU B'Shvat
Last night we had a talk about the health benefits of the Shivat HaMinim, the Seven Species of Foods grown in the Land of Israel. It's based on the writings of the Rambam.
It was nice to know that the nosh was healthy.
We didn't "do" the TU B'Shvat Seder, drinking white and red wine etc, but it was a pleasant and educational evening. Yair Even-Chaim, who spoke, gives health advice.
