Yes, I'm sticking to my Start Fresh kosher weight loss diet, and I've lost another pound and a half. That's ten and a half pounds so far.
Thank G-d!
This week will provide new challenges, and eventually I'll reveal why.
Please forgive me for not visiting other blogs much or answering all my mail.
Nothing breeds success like success, so I'm feeling very positive about dieting.
Congrats on your weight loss and new plan.
ReplyDeleteWow, I'm so inspired. I also so an advertisement for the Start Fresh diet but since it cost money I didn't look into it. I also need to lose about 50+++lbs. but I'm nusring so for me it's going to be very hard. Can you give some pointers? Right now I've given up milk, chocolate and cheese because my baby has really bad exzema and the doctor told me it would make it worse. That's my contribution to my diet. Any tips would be much appreciated. Thanks for the inspiration.
ReplyDeleteshorty, thanks
ReplyDeleteBB, the diets are individualized, so what's good for me won't necesarily be good for you. I find that reducing carbs really helps. I don't eat bread except Shabbaat. I have no problem with a bit of dairy. The customer support is really great and experienced. My daughter is like you, nursing etc and she is paying for a diet, since it helps motivation.
