KCC Update, Looking Up

I'm getting very excited about the upcoming Yovel (50th) edition of the Kosher Cooking Carnival.  We're switching to the Jewish Calendar, so consider it the Shvat edition.  Please send in your posts whenever posted.  Don't wait until the last minute; that's how people forget.  I collect them as they come in.
