Baruch Dayan Ha'Emet, "it's no real surprise, though always is"
My mother passed away on Shabbat in her new "home" in Arizona. I had just visited and left there less than a week ago.
Please accept my condolences. My mother passed away two years ago and, following an identity theft incident, we had decided to put my father in the Jewish Home in Memphis (we still wonder if this was the right thing). He passed away six months after her.

Sheldon, thanks so much. We all do our best; I'm sure you did the right thing for your father.
ReplyDeleteSo sorry to hear this news, It's difficult no matter what the age. May you be consoled by all those in Zion.
