Photography Challenges, The Ginger Project 52Frames

I'm really enjoying being part of 52frames, the weekly photo challenge. We challenge ourselves, not each other. The latest theme or challenge as I call it was the Ginger Project. As usual, there were lots of interpretations.  Here's mine:

Her name is Jean, named for her ginger hair. I used my new Canon IXUS 145, which has 8 optical zoom (and 4 digital.) I was surprised at how close up Jeanie looked. I was so happy with my first attempt, I didn't shoot any more of her.

It's a pretty simple camera. With a more sophisticated one I could have focused on her face and the bars would have been blurrier.
