One Pot-Bake 'n Serve Fish & Vegetables
I baked salmon with all these vegetables, and to keep the quick-cooking salmon from burning, I placed it on a this piece of sweet potato. Besides the hidden sweet potato, there's onion, pumpkin, zucchini, squash a potato and garlic. Before baking I sprinkled some dehydrated parsley and dribbles some oil on it.
Bake in a medium, like for a cake, oven. And if half-way through you're nervous about it burning, then just cover with foil.
It's a full meal and very delicious.
