Good news!
It's raining!! Israel is suffering from such a serious drought, every drop of rain is precious, as is every drop of water.
Bad News!
Many people had been planning a real vacation funday, like a Sunday before, after voting. Schools are closed for Election Day; it's a national holiday without any religious restrictions.
I'm not sure I understand the bad news...why is an election day fun day bad news?
