The Kosher Cooking Carnival can include all sorts of posts about kosher food and kosher cooking. KCC appears on or around Rosh Chodesh, the beginning of the Jewish Month. We coordinate and plan on our Facebook site. I'll be hosting it next month's edition which will appear either before or after Rosh Hashannah, which is not only the first day of the Jewish year, but the first of the month of Tishrei.
