That Bridge, Another Perspective

Jerusalem's Calatrava String Bridge soars rather incongruously over the junction between the Central Bus Station and the Kiryat Moshe neighborhood. From many vantage points, it looks rather ridiculous, impressively absurd.

There are rumors that there are already signs of structural damage even before its vehicle lanes are permitted traffic.

But the other day when I had to meet people in Kiryat Moshe, it was suggested that the fastest way to get there from Center 1, the shopping mall near the bus station, would be to walk on the bridge. So, that's what I did.
