Periodically we had mud drizzles, as I call it. The precipitation ,which fell, just dirtied things. Most Israelis, like us, have solar panels on the roof for heating the water. If there isn't a cleansing rain, they won't be effective. The dirt will prevent the sun from activating the heating element. That's good business for people willing to climb on roofs to wash them down.
As you can see here, finally, the clouds have begun to separate and show some sky.
