Waffling JBloggers

There has been a running joke on some of the jblogs about waffles. I decided to dig in, as long as there's real sweet butter and old-fashioned maple syrup. Yes, a little fruit and whipped cream would be a great addition.

If you're willing to have your waffle feast here in Holy Shiloh, I'll provide the coffee! And I'll even set the table. Just come running and don't forget the waffles!

I make a mean pancake...

I'd probably make a wonderful waffle as well if I had a waffle iron.

Right now I'm on a quest to find a tortilla press.

Batya: Why do you say it's a running joke?

We take waffles very seriously!

I am very seriously looking forward to my waffles.

I pity the guy who hosts HH during Pesach, since waffles are chametz...

Pesky, Chava says she make a mean waffle, so maybe we'll waffle over from the tel Rosh Chodesh Nissan...

Jameel, of course it's running to burn the calories! And I'm serious, too.

Jameel,

Just be honest. You're not giving me any waffles. Stop taunting me!

Rafi,

Try making waffles for Pesah with matzah meal or potato flour.

On Pesach, besides classic matzah brei, we make Savta Brei, my late mil's version. You must try it!
