Check the Ingredients

Fake food is the big thing in fancy restaurants.


Plain, old-fashioned natural unprocessed food is looking better by the second.
I was raised on whole-wheat bread and salads and vegetables every day. Today's avaunt garde chefs are using ingredients not in the food groups.
"Yuck!"
That's the nicest word I can think of.

Double YUCK!

I'm with you--veggies, whole grain breads, real butter and good tasting foods.

My pet peeve is the way cakes are frosted and decorated these days with a rubber-like smooth frosting!

Too much of today's food isn't food at all, just calories.
