I sincerely hope that it's the first and last report.
Maybe I shouldn't have had the coffee after my nap; maybe the nap was enough. But too late now.
It's well after midnight and I can't fall asleep. I made myself some chamomile tea, filed and polished my nails and next I'll attack the hundreds of emails still awaiting the delete button or some more serious reply.
And I'm not going to deal with pictures until my inbox has dieted.

Sure, my inbox went down by 90%, from about 1,500 to just over a hundred!
As a diet coach, I guess that's the terminology.
ah good old jetlag. i'm trying the chamomile tea so i can get to sleep at a reasonable hour. quick trip = no time to get over the jetlag till i get home!

Yesterday I was too busy to nap and didn't eat much protein, so I fell asleep regular time and hope tonight is good.
