We stopped buying mayonnaise years ago. But sometimes we need it, rarely but that does happen. And it happened yesterday when I had some hardboiled eggs to use and my husband needed a sandwich.
As you can see, my secret ingredient is catsup. It also adds flavor.

Not sure catsup is better - commercial catsups are full of sugar. Have you tried it with some olive oil? It works well too
At least lots of flavor and not more fat. For a quick sandwich spread, I haven't gotten any complaints about the ketsup.
There is an eggs salad we make in Passover. Eggs,chopped onion,Oil,Salt&Pepper.
Sounds delicious, but I needed something a lot quicker. I'll have to remember it in the future.
