Very simple, no sugar breakfast!

Over the years, and sometimes months, my standard breakfast changes, evolves. I'm the type who likes to eat the same thing every morning.

There were years when I've eaten a nice big two-egg vegetable omelet. Other times various cereal, with or without fruit, concoctions.

Recently, I've had less interest in breakfast.

I've been zapping my oats, apple and water in the microwave. I add a bit of milk once it's cooked. It's very simple. I have it about a half an hour before swimming.

The apple makes it sweet enough.
