Nouveau riche has come to Little Neck. These new houses I saw were just too much for words. Nearby houses are small and simple. Building plots are small.
that's the diffence between the outer boroughs (little neck is in queens), where mansions exist side-by-side with run-down shacks, and the suburbs, where either a neighborhood is fancy or it isn't.
Either people, or agents, buy houses to destroy them and build fancy, or they get money and don't want to leave the neighborhood. Hasn't it started in Brooklyn?
