old blogger not working?

This is the message when I try to get into "old blogger" for Shiloh Musings, http://shilohmusings.blogspot.com/.  The "new blogger" is ok.  I've tried to upgrade the blog to the new one, but it was rejected for some strange reason.

HTTP Status 503 - Servlet NewFrontend is currently unavailable
