so it is not true that stray cats have all but disappeared in parts of israel?
I only know about my parts of Israel.
We've got plenty of them here in Ra'anana, and for the most part, they're very well-fed. Many of them are positively FAT!
Sometimes when I throw out food, I intend it for the strays--
makes me feel less wasteful.
