I slept so deeply that I didn't even hear the phones and they were right next to me. Now I have to wake up again, shower off the chlorine from the pool.
It may be a little late for my morning coffee, but I really need it. I'm just afraid that I'll have trouble falling asleep on time, then a vicious cycle...
It's so rare for me to nap. I guess I really needed the sleep.

Glad you are taking care of yourself. Sleep is important. You said you had a cold; you then need more rest! People often get sicker because they ignore their bodies' signs that more rest is needed.
B"H, I do feel better. The exercise helped me relax. I didn't nap; the sleep was like a heavy nighttime sleep.
a good nap is one of my favorite things.
Naps generally throw my nighttime sleep out of wach, but when I'm sick, it's great.
ps I didn't realize how sick I was until I took that nap.
