counting the Omer, differently
Thanks to Devarim I discovered a new way to count the Omer . It's a "women's count" and each day is symbolized by a different Biblical woman. In principle it's nice, but why did they change the blessing one says before counting? It is nice to study the Biblical women, just as it's traditional to learn Perkei Avot during the Omer. The blessing change seems silly.

Maybe the person who put it together has different standards for positive inspiration?
