not perfect, yet

Not all places respect the consumer. I got rooked by the Nagid Hotel, Jerusalem. I had made reservations for my parents, and when I cancelled, because they were able to get a room at Lev Yerushalayim through an agent, I was charged a cancellation fee, even though there was no warning when I made the reservations.

1- Stay away from the Nagid.
2- Lev Yerushalayim had told us they were booked, and they would have done better without the American agent.

G-d willing, the visit will be easier than the preparations.

Geez, what a drag! Hopefully things will go smoothly with the visit from here on out. Fingers crossed!
