The Ten Kilo Mark
Yes, ten kilo! I weigh ten kilo, that's 22 pounds less than I did when I started my diet!! And to think that I didn't take the idea of a diet seriously at first.
Well, the Start Fresh Diet for losing weight is great! It suits me. I like the flexibility, and I've never felt hungry. Actually you're supposed to eat if you're hungry. I've gotten used to snacking. Yes, snacking. Eating between meals.
For snacks I eat:
- fruit
- yogurt
- vegetables, raw and cooked
And I've been able to stick to this diet. And I feel fine and I don't feel like I'm dieting. That's the best because a diet is temporary and I have to live on this new regime or it's not worth it.
The added bonus is that I'm coaching others to lose weight.
