time wasted? time spent?

Fellow Bloggers,

I'd like to ask you something, sort of personal. How much time do you spend each day blogging? checking email? and other compter-dependent activities?

I first started blogging after my computer lost its games, and I couldn't play freecell. Also, people had been after me to get a site or blog for my musings.

Of course, some of you sit by computers at work and sort of "sneak it in." But I'm sure that I'm not the only one who escapes to the clunky ol' pc in the den when I should be busy with domestic chores or sleeping or socializing or exercising.

I'm weighing the possibility of getting a laptop, since I'll be doing more active journalism this summer, G-d willing. Then I can blog, write etc instead of needlepoint. Considering that the walls are full...

Just curious...

Your fellow blogger,

the muse

How much time? WAAAAY too much. I have my laptop in the living room, in front of the TV and read/watch all day long as I look for a job. When I have one, not nearly as much....I sneak it in as you mentioned. Then there was the job I did from home and it was the same as when I'm unemployed...joined at the hip to my blog/reading other blogs.

That's what I'm afraid of. It's just that for the trip to the states and the articles I've been commissioned to write, I need a computer available.

That's one of the reasons I'm up early. But I'm on more than a few months ago.
