KCC is more than just a recipe carnival. It includes Halacha (Jewish Law,) cookbook and restaurant reviews, traditions etc.

All right, folks, I'm ready for your recipes, maybe some sufganiyot or latkes? For the healthier folks, maybe a nice salad dressing with olive oil to commemorate the Chanukah oil? (would that count?)
