Better Food Pyramid


Not everyone does well, keeps a healthy weight, on the classic which is based on carbohydrates. This food pyramid is based on low carbs, on vegetables.

I agree with you, a low carb diet is the best for weight loss, and also for maintaining it afertwards. The problem is cabohydrates are simply confort food for me...I don't like chocolate as much as my carbs...

If I have enough fruit, I have no carb cravings. Today I didn't have enough fruit, so I ended up sharing a dessert, not good, but it was a my delayed birthday. Two months after the date and I'm not finished!
