If anyone saw that green creature wandering around Tel Aviv Friday before Shabbat, I admit that it was me. We were guests of a dear friend and were put up in the Carlton Hotel. My married daughter had my father over. I sent a ton of food for them all.
We had a great time, and I'll blog more about it after I burn the pictures on a CD. Nu, you do want an illustrated post, don't you?

Thanks, Leora, it's funny how I only notice that I've lost a serious amount of weight when I see pictures of myself. On Shabbat an old friend also attended and she was so impressed. It was good to hear all the compliments. When I was obese, I didn't feel all that fat, but now I realize that I was really fat.
I've learned a lot about how to eat and really want to work as a diet coach.
