WEJEW is a kosher alternative to youtube. One interesting difference is that after uploading a "movie" short, you won't see it on the site until a real person checks it out. That means that if you use WEJEW, you shouldn't have unexpected and unpleasant surprises when searching for a movie.
I signed up with the same name, shilohmuse, which I have on youtube. It's also easy to copy/upload your youtube movies/videos onto WEJEW. It just takes seconds.
I do like this stuff better than facebook.
